For more than 20 years I have worked at the intersection of technology and people — in education, agency work, and now AI adoption and enablement. My focus is helping teams work out what AI means for them and how to move forward responsibly, with a human-centred lens.

At Shillington Education, I served as Campus Director and later Global Digital Director. I established campuses in Brisbane and Manchester, trained hundreds of designers, and led digital teams across Australia, the UK, and the US. A new digital strategy contributed to a fourfold increase in student enrolments globally.

At Sixheads, I have led digital transformation projects for organisations including the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, the Canadian High Commission, and Gateway Health. My work combines human-centred design, accessibility, and practical AI implementation.

My focus is on real outcomes. Not AI for its own sake, but AI that genuinely changes how people work.
